Hi, my name is John Ma. I have expertise in User Experience, User Interface and  Product Design.  Growing up, I was educated around the world, learning how to quickly adapt and find empathy with different cultures and people. My time in the military helped shape my understanding of the power of human engagement and teamwork. 

 

As an Interaction Designer, I am passionate about fixing, inventing and taking action in an innovative way. Innovation for me is about solving problems based on our fundamental needs. I ask “what if” and deeply consider the human experience in order to deconstruct complex systems and discover new ways to elevate the digital experience. For me, Interaction Design it’s about being a pioneer- fusing fashion, product, lifestyle and technology, using future forward thinking to craft solutions.
